Hi I’m Rafa Donato, and if you’re reading this, the shirt thing worked.

In the last 20 years I’ve worked in the UK, US, and Brasil, across EU, NA and LATAM markets. I’ve had the privilege to work with some of the best people in the industry as well as some of the best brands around like Burger King, Coca-Cola, Google, Unilever, Nestle, and Heineken.

I’m currently Chief Creative Officer for Ogilvy Brazil. And Global Creative Lead for Open X.

Previously CCO for DAVID Miami and DAVID Sao Paulo. I was nominated as one of Brazil’s best Creative leaders at the Caboré awards. I have extensive experience leading teams, fostering talent and building Global brands.
